Marching Band Registration Forms
Pinellas School Board requires for all students to submit forms every year.  Here are the forms for this 2020-2021 band season:

Please note that some of the forms have been updated. 

Due Dates for 2021-2022 season:
  • All forms are due by the start of band camp.  It is a Pinellas school system requirement that all forms are submitted before a student is allowed to participate in the extracurricular activity. Please let a board member know if you expect to have any delays. 
  • Band fee payment has been reduced and it's due now.

Band Boosters – Check Request / Expense Reimbursement form.  For anyone who pays out of pocket for a band item and needs to request a check reimbursement, PLEASE make sure you use the check reimbursement form and staple the original receipt to the form before you submit it to our treasurer.
